Hello world!

January 7, 2009 By Julie Lomoe Leave a Comment

Welcome to my new blog. I’m a mystery writer from upstate New York, with two published novels: Mood Swing: The Bipolar Murders (2006) and Eldercide (2008). Please visit my website, www.julielomoe.com, to read the first chapters. Then, if I’ve piqued your interest, you can order them from Amazon, where you can also read the five-star reviews.

Except for Crimespace, the excellent mystery writers’ site, this is my first venture into the blogosphere. I’ve made it a New Year’s resolution to overcome my technophobia, and I invite you to bear with me as I learn to navigate my way around this unfamiliar realm.

Hi, this is Julie again, replying to my first post. No, I don’t have dissociative personality disorder (formerly known as split personality) – I’m just testing how this site works, and talking to myself until someone else gets around to replying.

    Julie,

Great start. Love the photo at top and found your message well-done, appealing and a good length. I suspect bloggers should keep comments short.

Will now check out the rest of the site and be in touch.

Hi Anne, good to hear from you. Apparently WordPress e-mails me and I have to approve all messages posted on my blog, which I’ve now done. This is what moderation means, and no, you’re not in trouble – at least not that I know of.
